- Hold power, volume up and home button at once
- Now when you see the blue screen release the buttons
- In the recovery menu, use volume keys to select “wipe cache partition”
- Press power button to wipe cache partition
- Now go back and select “reboot system”
Method 2: Turn off motions and gestures
- Go to settings >> Motions and gestures
- Disable or turn off all the options

Method 3: Set Animation scale “5x to 5x”
- Go to Settings >> More >> About device
- Now tap the “build number” several times until you see the notification that “developer options enabled”
- Now go to settings >> developer option >> Windows Animation scale
- Select “5x to 5x”
Method 4: Install a different launcher
Because the Touchwiz launcher is glitching, you may want to install a different launcher. Please note that you may lose some user interface features while installing third party launchers.
